Share the Care Sessions is a platform for individuals that give their time ,compassion to take care of the most vulnerable in our community. This includes many professions such as Home health Aides, nurses, childcare teachers, school teachers ,family, and friends this list could go on and on. Many times these people suffer in silence with depression and a sense isolation. I am not a doctor or a therapist I just want people to know they are not alone and give them some light, hope , and encouragement.
