In every arena, the most elite humans are chasing the ability to "LET GO." Relax and win. This episode is a deep dive into what I believe is the most commonly overlooked "Training Tool." We forget as humans that relaxation is key to sleep and just cause your eyes are closed doesn't mean your soundly sleeping. We must practice HOW TO relax in order to fully get restful sleep. This is one exercise out of the book "RELAX AND WIN." These principles taught WWII Pilots how to stay calm while dog fighting in the sky. This stuff works.
