Are you a disruptor or a disruptee in your market? You have to change some of the ways you do business, you can’t do the same old things and expect different results. I talk about how you can still generate business in the slow seasons. One of the biggest ways I set my HVAC company apart was: corporate office feel, started 8 to 8 at the same great rate, and same day installation or it was FREE! (We never had to give anything away)
