Father Anthony with Cristina and Tony are joined by Alice Babij (Bobby). Father welcomes us and mentions the positive feedback he’s received regarding the student’s reverent behavior when they attend Church events at other Churches, the effect of the school’s core teachings in Catholicism. After Prayer, Alice returns today to share the book, “The Three Marys at the Foot of the Cross” by Fr. Scott Haynes. In the book, Fr. Haynes invites women to walk spiritually to Calgary alongside these women. In the reflections we come to see that feminine love, when tested by suffering, is one of the strongest loves found. We see through scripture, that these women demonstrated fidelity, sacrifice and hope. Their example shows that when Love remains-God is nearby. The book is available at priestleypress.com.
