Author: Jean-Luc Boissonneault

Jean-Luc was 21 years old, living out of his in-laws basement, with no business experience, no degrees and no money. Jean-Luc and his girlfriend (now wife) Chelsea jumped into business together founding Free Form Fitness a chain of award winning luxury personal training studios. The duo grew the company into four locations and into a multi-million dollar business before licensing their model and finally selling the company in Dec, 2016.

Growing Fast or Slow, Which is Better for Business?
Wednesday, 26 April, 2017

In this audio, you’re going to hear from Jean-Luc Boissonneault, the former owner of Free Form Fitness and founder of JeanLucBoissonneault.com. Over a series of short interviews, we’re going to talk to Jean-Luc about the early days of his business. Where the idea for his first business came from, what motivated him to launch the business and how he shaped the idea into something tangible. In this interview, I asked Jean-Luc -- growing fast or slow, which is better and why?
