Ever since Liam's daughter was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis in 1992, he has raised in excess of £270,000 and ran every London Marathon since then and many more. In our chat we talk about what led him to winning this prestigious award, and how his campaigning and fundraising efforts have brought life-changing breakthroughs to the CF community.
