David shares his perspective after sitting in on a community meeting in the wake of George Floyd and the frustration and anger he felt at the enormity of the hurdles to be overcame. These being vulnerable led them to their next step which was beginning to put together a framework that could help address issues faced by Black entrepreneurs over time."We recognize that authenticity is the most critical ingredient in the alchemy of success.
