FCADC turns 40 on March 3 — and we’re celebrating with a special anniversary episode of Mike on the Mic.Join Mike Ross as he welcomes two guests who’ve had a front-row seat to FCADC’s story from the very beginning: Dave Sciamanna, former President of the Chambersburg Chamber of Commerce, and Warren Elliott, former Franklin County Commissioner. Together, they’ll reflect on FCADC’s startup, its evolution over four decades, and the real-world impact it’s had on jobs, investment, and opportunity across Franklin County.And this part matters: Dave (especially!) and Warren were instrumental in the creation of FCADC—helping shape the vision, partnerships, and momentum that launched the organization and set it on a path that still benefits our community today.
