"RECEIVING COMFORT IN THE LOST OF A LOVED ONE" Chad Chandler Sr., host of GiveMe5, shares scriptures that he himself found helpful when faced with the loss of a close friend and dear family member. What makes the transition easier for both parties (those left behind and the one(s) traveling to a new spiritual home). It's the spiritual preparation made before leaving. No one has to be in doubt. PRAYER OF SALVATION God loves you--no matter who you are, no matter what your past. God loves you so much that He gave His one and only begotten Son for you. The Bible tells us that "...whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life" (John3:16 NIV) Jesus laid down His life and rose again so that we could spend eternity with Him in heaven and experience His absolute best on earth. If you would like to receive Jesus into your life, say the following prayer out loud and mean it from your heart. Prayer Heavenly Father, I admit I am a sinner and I need a Savior. I believe Jesus is the Son of God and the only way to eternal life. Thank you Jesus for Your blood that was shed for me on the cross for forgiveness of my sins and redeeming me from the curse of the law. Jesus, come into my heart and save me. Holy Spirit take residence in my heart and fill me. Thank you Lord for your grace and mercy. I love You. I now belong to you.
