A retired couple contacts Charles after a friend suggests he document the incident. While walking along the San Pedro River at dusk, they observe silent lights hovering low over the water, moving deliberately against the current. No aircraft noise is heard. No military activity is recorded. The sighting lasts only minutes. No photographs are taken. No explanation is found.
