Hi guys! This is from summer 2019 when I first shared just what was going on and how bad of a place I found myself in, mentally. I'm sure some of you can relate to the depths of depression that hit me and can find comfort in the fact that you can find your way out of it too. It's a daily struggle but and some days I lose, but I like to think I win most of them. As my husband, Jack says "Tomorrow can always be a better day." I like to think so too.
