Something that becomes inevitable.I used to set goals like “get 100,000 YouTube subscribers” or “lose 20 pounds,” but they never stuck until I started using this goal-mapping method. The first thing I had to learn was that setting a vague or generic goal wasn’t enough. Saying “I want to grow my business” doesn’t work because it’s too abstract. In this video, I’ll show you how to create a crystal clear goal that’s so specific and detailed you can describe it the same way you describe your current daily life. When you reach that level of clarity, everything starts to shift.Once your goal is clear, the next step is milestone mapping. Most people never break their goal into actionable, trackable steps. I’ll show you how to reverse-engineer your vision into meaningful milestones, and here’s the part no one talks about: how to connect each milestone to personal rewards. Whether that’s a new piece of gear, a relaxing vacation, or just a symbolic moment of celebration, these small wins keep the motivation alive. And if you lead a team, tying milestones to their personal desires is a game changer for buy-in and performance.Then we move into habit mapping. This is the secret that makes your goal progress automatic. It’s one thing to know what you should do. It’s another to actually do it consistently. I’ll explain how I use triggers and rewards to install habits so deeply they become part of my lifestyle. For example, I don’t just try to publish videos weekly. I’ve built my entire workflow around the habit of video creation. I walk you through what that looks like in real life, how I stack small wins, and why consistency is the real driver of success. I also share some personal stories, including a powerful example from Atomic Habits, to show how minor behaviors repeated daily can lead to massive transformation.The final step is understanding the resources you need to achieve your goals. And here’s the truth: cheaping out on the right tools or hiring the wrong team can cost you way more than investing up front in high-quality gear, coaching, or software. I share my own hard-earned lessons here, from wasting money on low-cost tripods that broke instantly to finally investing in the right tools that saved me hours every week. This mindset shift helped me buy back my time, increase productivity, and stay consistent with my most important habits.I also talk about the importance of investing in yourself through courses, books, and coaching.
