Chris was in a Disney band called "Hollywood Endings" in the United States when he was 17 years old, his first real start in music. Being there for 5 years, he did a "crash course", touring and playing shows, and learning etiquette, the key ingredient when you meet new people, especially on the road. After he left the band he and his father were selling merch on the tour of the other music member of the family, his older brother James Bourne, and that gave him an opportunity to learn the ropes of guerrilla music marketing. He then returned to the U.K in the London music scene where he met the brothers Harry and Jimmy Morris to form The New Twentys in 2020.
