This podcast mini-series is part of the AAFP Family Medicine Leads (FML) Emerging Leader Institute 2021-2022 project. The Family Medicine Leads (FML) Emerging Leader Institute focuses on ensuring the future of the Family Medicine specialty by increasing the number of future Family Medicine leaders and provides training for this important role. The podcast contains conversation targeted at medical students, medical residents, and current Family Medicine Physicians regarding all aspects of leadership in medicine.
