Mozart Requiem Part 1
Friday, 15 November, 2013
These next 2 podcasts discuss and uncover some of the notable elements in Mozart's final composition, written and completed in 1791. This immortal work became the climax of the made-for-Hollywood movie Amadeus. These podcasts come from a July 2006 series of programs I co-hosted with Tifanny Liong at 91.5, DZFE, The Master's Touch and are used by permission. The program was entitled "Amazing Amade" and was produced in honor of the 250th anniversary of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. These podcasts are for EDUCATIONAL use only. Not to be used in any public setting by any media. CAUTION: Because of the nature of the wide spectrum of the volume of the music, headphones are STRONGLY encouraged. Please be safe. Do not listen to this podcast while driving.
