Why does our food have such a confusing mix of "Best Before .." "Use By …" and "Sell By …" labeling??!! It's confusing and maddening, and the USDA says we toss 133 billion pounds of edible food each year due to confusion over date labeling. There has to be a better way! Well, we certainly don't figure it out on this episode, but we can joke about it!
