My name is: Jan-Marini Pacleb (she/her/hers) and I'm the host of this podcast. This is a weekly show where several guests and I talk about the period poverty and issues surrounding menstruation. Menstruation needs to be discussed, menstruation needs to be understood; social issues surrounding menstruation can come to light when there is a conversation that is shared between individuals.

Join Jan-Marini Pacleb and Priyanka Sarnaik, as we talk about mental health awareness, loss and grief, coping mechanisms, discussions of medication and therapy and more on this special episode of the Fulfilling Destiny Podcast! Before the episode was recorded, I had spent an ample of time to go over what was safe for these guests to talk about and what they were willing to share in the realm of their comfort. While some of these topics are painful, these episodes are handled with care and we only covered them as briefly as possible. But the topics of grief, loss, reaching out for counseling, understanding the complexity of cultural and social norms and how it affects mental health are the important take-away of these mature episodes.
