Thursday, 14 December, 2023
Albert Einstein is famously quoted as saying "The intuitive mind is a sacred gift, and the rational mind is a faithful servant." In this episode, Jo and Jim talk with Jeannie Giordano-Shanks about the power of intuition. Jeannie is a Licensed Independent Social Worker and counselor who has been helping people in that capacity for more than 20 years. She is currently self-employed, providing licensing supervision for new licensed clinicians, and she also provides mental health therapy with a focus on intuitive guidance. We talk with Jeannie about the differences between your monkey mind and your intuition, and how we can recognize the difference. Jeannie offers practical advice on steps we can take to improve our ability to quiet our minds to tap into our intuitive guidance.
