I share personal life traumas and experiences I discovered I had shoved deeply into my subconscious - which created "shadow Arch types" - limiting belief systems - emotional triggers - that kept me in a viscious negative mindset which prevented me from stepping forward into my authenticity and life's purpose - I share the different healers and tools I have learned to discover what and who helped create each one of my Shadow Arch types - how to embrace each part of myself with compassion and learn to see the lessons each trauma or experience provided for me - releasing myself from the "victim Arch type" forgiving myself through unconditional Self love, forgiveness of others so I was able to release the rage, bitterness, hopelessness, depression, anxiety, unworthiness feeling unlovable and every other negative emotion I was allowing to lead me through life. My greatest purpose in life is to help my clients through their deeply rooted wounds they too have shoved into the abyss - guiding them with energy work and channeling what is holding them back from their highest and greatest potentials... love and Light Always Jennifer Lynn White
