The documents included an 111-page letter written by Netanyahu’s lawyer Amit Hadad, in which he argued that a pardon would allow the Prime Minister to focus squarely on advancing Israel’s interest and would help heal divisions within Israeli society. Notably, Netanyahu’s letter does not include an apology or admission of guilt.
