Our Reimagined Life: Empowering Me, You, and Us Seeking Happiness and Self WorthAuthor: Julie Siomacco
Welcome to "Our Reimagined Life." I'm Julie Siomacco, a middle-aged empty nester living in South Carolina with a passion for flowers. My journey began in 2009 with an online wreath-making business, Southern Charm Wreaths, which I grew from my kitchen table with the support of coaches, my husband, and a dedicated team. Reflecting on the early days, I realize I was driven by limiting beliefs and fears imposed by societal expectations and personal insecurities. This podcast was born from my desire to share the transformative journey I've experienced. Shifting my mindset and overcoming fears has allowed me to live a more meaningful and joyful life. I want to help others awaken their spirits by sharing stories, thoughts, and strategies that have helped me. The aim is to provide inspiration and guidance for those seeking happiness and self-worth. Each episode will explore different aspects of personal growth and mindset shifts. 97: Yes Girl Energy: Trusting the Pull of Your Soul
Episode 97
Thursday, 2 April, 2026
What if the life we’ve been dreaming about… is waiting on the other side of one yes? In this episode, let’s explore what it really means to embody “yes girl energy”—not from a place of pressure or overcommitment, but from a place of alignment, trust, and expansion. Together, we reflect on how often we hold ourselves back by overthinking, waiting for the “right time,” or focusing on everything that could go wrong. We talk about the difference between saying yes to what drains us versus saying yes to what calls us forward—and how learning to trust that inner pull can begin to reshape the life we’re living. Through personal stories and real-life examples, we explore how our beliefs shape our reality, why there will always be reasons to say no, and how choosing differently—one decision at a time—can open doors we didn’t even know were there. This conversation is an invitation to loosen the grip of fear, release limiting thoughts, and begin stepping into a life that feels more aligned, more intentional, and more fully lived. Because maybe it’s not about having the perfect plan…Maybe it’s about being willing to say yes before we have all the answers. What would you choose if you fully trusted that things could work out? And if this episode resonated, leaving a review helps other women find this space and be reminded of how powerful they really are. You can do that at ratethispodcast.com/ourreimaginedlife Until next time, I love you, Julie
