This episode we talk about why I created my Social Media Marketing Agency Podcast House keeping Thank the new listeners Anchor FM Voice messages Include your information where people can find you www.justholt.com/podcast Todays Topic Why I started my Social Media Marketing Agency I have been doing facebook ads for my own projects and previous marketing jobs Noticed no local businesses using Facebook Ads Knew that if I ran facebook ads I could help them get more leads/customers The research 98% of all local companies were not using a facebook pixel or facebook ads 94% of Canadians use Social media Canadians are the most active 75% of Canadians are comfortable with shopping online 64% of Canadians prefer to shop online The numbers don’t lie Techniques I use Proper ad budget Depending on the business highly target pay per click or lead generation Why does lead generation work so well? Creating landing pages for customers Building mailing lists Things I don’t waste my time on Organic posts if I have to do this I out source How I prospect and approach Look for local businesses and use the chamber of commerce and linked in to find owners name. Check the website for a Facebook Pixel / SSL certificates Video out reach offering to fix this for them for free if they have 15 minutes to sit down and learn about what my businesses does and how it can help them Businesses I target Restaurants (sit down) Landscaping ( A lot of them do snow removal during winter) Specialty retailers (fine foods, import foods or niche stores) My goals when I started 5 Clients in first quarter of business 10 Clients in the first year How I can work with 10 clients and not get over loaded? Just managing PPC ads and optimizing Facebook Business Page Being time efficient Once ads manager is optimized I only have to check once or twice week When new client starts every day for 30 days to make sure ads are optimizing correctly How I feel about the Social Media Marketing Landscape Disappointed with the contrapanures getting into it They spend more time selling courses then helping businesses They don’t teach proper technique just tell you how to get clients but then what?
