Welcome to the first Latitude Law UK Immigration Law Podcast. In this episode we discuss some recent changes to immigration law, including the Immigration Health Surcharge, new application fees for April 2015 and alterations to Tier 1 of the Points Based System. We then review the immigration policies of the major UK political parties in the lead-up to the 2015 UK General Election and consider, practically, how realistic and effective they would be.
