Now that you have established your Culture statement, it is time to begin the implementation process. This is where you begin to fill your toolbox with all the things you are going to need to kick-start your new business paradigm. So grab a pen and paper (or Ipad/Tablet/PDA etc… sorry I am old school) and start making your list.
