#78: “That’s why I scream about mental health” | Sandra Dillon @fsn_supportWelcome to Partners in Positivity. A place for deep conversations. Back in October we were asked by a friend, community legend & past guest Fred Hennessy, Owner of Fitt Conditioning Finglas, to record an episode to raise awareness on FSN, an organization in Finglas. FSN is Finglas Support & Suicide Prevention Network. In the past three years Fred has helped raise a massive €55,876.46 for FSN through the Finglas to Howth Summit half marathon. In this episode we were left speechless at times and in awe of our guest Sandra Dillon. Sandra started as a committee member in FSN and has worked many roles since, she is a volunteer and freely gives her time to support this organization that she is truly passionate about. She is determined to use her voice as a voice of hope to anyone that needs it. She courageously shares her story of struggle with her own mental health after having her first child, what’s known as post natal depression. In this conversation we discuss:1. Mental Health2.
