Choosing how to think about the adversity, What you say to yourself when negative thoughts come up like they would always do during periods of unease, restlessness, hopelessness or emotional fatigue is important to your wellbeing. Thirdly, what you say to yourself to refocus your brain on the positives and what is working for you and for your external environment can boost your resilience, wellbeing and happiness though the adversity and beyond.
