This episode is about hurry. We all do it. It's probably not the best thing for us. So let's talk about that! Maybe if we all just slowed down and enjoyed what we're doing each and every moment, life would be better. Also, your phone is probably just another thing you use to perpetuate an inner state of "hurry". Thanks to Eugene Peterson and John Mark Comer for the wisdom about hurry and sabbath.
