Ep231 45 Years Addicted BUT God (Tony Gibson)
Episode 231
Friday, 1 May, 2026

After 45 years addicted, God stepped in and saved my life. Tony Gibson spent nearly five decades trapped in addiction—starting at just 12 years old. Alcohol led to weed, then meth, and eventually a life marked by prison time, guilt, and running from God. After losing his father and losing himself, Tony believed he was beyond saving. Everything changed the day he was arrested after dropping meth in a gas station. Tony says that moment was God stepping in to rescue him. While in jail, Tony attended: A Better Life – Brianna’s Hope (ABLBH) Narcotics Anonymous (NA) Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) There, he rediscovered hope, rebuilt his faith, and finally surrendered the life that had been destroying him. Today, Tony continues attending meetings and is committed to helping others break free from addiction and find the same freedom he found through God. If you or someone you love is struggling, this testimony is a reminder that no one is too far gone for God to redeem. 🔔 Subscribe for more real stories of faith, recovery, and redemption.
