Two Democrat Senators, Chris Van Hollen and Cory Booker, have introduced new tax plans to cut taxes for lower and middle income taxpayers, and raise them on high income taxpayers and corporations. Sounds good on the surface, but there are serious problems with both plans. Steve Hayes offers his analysis in this week's Chairman's Report.
