In this episode I am joined by Marieke Verhoeven, a travel journalist for KLM’s Holland Herald, KLM’s in flight magazine, and a contributor to Elle Netherlands. We talk about her dream career, how she built and sustained a highly sought after path in travel and fashion, the people she has interviewed along the way, and how she has navigated narcolepsy, an autoimmune disease, while still staying committed to the work she loves. We also speak about how yoga has supported her energy, her focus, and her overall wellbeing. Since recording this episode in spring, Mareike and I have run our first collaborative retreat together in Morocco, and she has written a feature on her yoga teacher training journey, including her time with Middle Path Movement, in the latest edition of Elle Netherlands.
