Wednesday, 14 September, 2022

In this interview with Carnegie New Leader Shreya Wadhwa, Rajiv Bhan, an industry leader in wearables, discusses his experience in health and technology, leveraging device telemetry to monitor users' health and wellness, and trying to maximize outcomes through behavior change. He also provides some words of advice for young researchers in the field. Bhan has worked across biotech, entertainment, and health and fitness, including with companies like Netflix, Fitbit, CVS Health, and most recently Tonal, where he serves as the vice president of software engineering and data science. He has helped design and analyze dozens of experiments to influence health outcomes in both clinical and non-clinical settings.
