In the final episode of Class in Session, Olivia Field and Ben Murphy interview Dr. Amanda Griffith, Associate Professor of Economics at Wake Forest University whose research interests include the economics of education. This episode discusses the causal link between higher education and class status, and policy recommendations that can be used to address the phenomenon of economic inequality. To wrap up the series, Ben reviews current policy proposals and its potential, especially throughout the political shifts in the federal government.
