We can get cofused and disgruntled when we don't agree about how an experiences happened. this is the source of many contentions in life and relationships. All of us don't view things the same way, there are different veils that filters how we experience life. We all know this but we often want others to see things the way we do and if they don't then we manipulate things to our favour. It is in the nature of our humanity to be heard over others unfortunately some situations are not worth the suffering that we create. In this episode I will explain the view in my own understanding. Being fully present helps us to perceive differently as we can be able to understand individual perceptions.
