Freedom and Obligation in the Church

Paul warns Believers to never give up the Freedom that Jesus secured for us by dying on the Cross. But most of Christendom is built on making people feel obligated to support religious institutions, organizations and traditions. But we must remain faithful to living as the Spirit of Christ leads us. But fostering even a tiny amount of legalism in our lives will eventually strip from us all Freedom in Christ and leave us hopelessly struggling in our own flesh, even as we did before hearing the Good News of the Kingdom of God.
