This podcast is a bit of a departure from my usual style. In fact, it's my real style and going forward, it only helps for me to serve my audience by giving the straight talk. I'm all about changing the trajectory of small business, and guiding them to becoming thriving COMPANIES. My mission is to arm business owners with the courage, resources, and tools to grow their companies, to groom leaders, to build power teams. This mission is serious and one I don't take lightly. I'm not here to coddle anyone, allow anyone to make excuses, or allow giving up. To get serious about the future of your business, in order for me to be a part of making that happen, I have to be real and raw about my own experiences. There's no hiding, no sugar coating the truth. I'm on a mission. That mission is to help my clients build scalable, growing companies. Period. You're either in or you're out. Know your value.
