Trauma and Beyond is a podcast about Redemption and Freedom after trauma an Aces (adverse childhood experiences) that usually keep you in bondage, this is a podcast where I will be sharing my deepest most intimate parts of my life that I have been through and that I am overcoming as well as what I have done to overcome them. Also, I will talk about the pros and cons about overcoming these traumas and what it looks like to others and the feelings that come along with them, and how to drain those feelings out using faith and self help skills.
