Today's Guest Caitlin Gardner is the Chief “Gardner” and Founder of Blooming Communications, a boutique public relations agency, where she leads communications, brand and marketing efforts for both B2B and B2C clients. With 20 years of experience, she specializes in all things communications, from media relations and digital marketing to brand building and more. Gardner frequently speaks on high-stakes communications and corporate reputation, inspiring audiences on how to drive measurable results and stay ahead of industry trends. Before founding Blooming Communications, Gardner served as Vice President of Brand & Communications at National Geographic–Lindblad Expeditions, where she supported the strategy, planning and implementation of a new co-brand. She also worked with major brands including SpartanNash, Cruise Planners HQ and Allstate, gaining experience in corporate communications, franchise marketing and media strategy. She is also an adjunct professor at the University of Florida, and feels driven to share her insight with the next generation of communications professionals. Gardner graduated from the University of Florida in 2007 and is known for being scrappy and innovative in a field that demands creativity, accuracy and the ability to adapt quickly to fast-changing media landscapes.
