In Taiwan, sometimes, Chinese don't speak Taiwanese and Taiwanese don't speak Chinese but Japanese. After World War II, here gradually become a melt pot as the U.S.A does regarding peoples. The Austronian peoples started off from the Africa, immigrated via the South America or South Asia to Taiwan gradually, several times in amounts. The northbound Okinawanese were a bridge alike, to Channel with the Japan & Old China too. the Fukken people from Mainlan China, first largely with the Europeans, came to Taiwan, now practice Taiwanese style, originally from Fukken, farther to the dynast of Dan in northern China where the Japanese adventured and learnt cultures, borrowed as their characters.
