Stress Reduction Meditation for Dentists

Think of your brain as a computer 🖥 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Imagine if you opened up a few windows, and a few more, and eventually you open 1 million windows. And by the time you're done on social media and reading recipes for dinner tonight, your computer is working so slowly that you can barely get through typing an email. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ It's not that your computer isn't capable of typing that email...far from it! It's that you're using so much energy on those open windows that it doesn't have any computing power left for the task at hand. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This is what the stress does to our brain machine. Every single time you've ever been stressed, every time you've had a fight-or-flight reaction, yesterday, last week, last month, last year 🤯 And like an open window on your brain computer, it's a huge waste of energy that you can't afford. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Meditation is like giving your brain's computer a re-start 🧠➡️💪 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ And, if your are thinking "I don't have time to sit still and waste my time." - no judgement if so - my answer is that you actually don't have time NOT to meditate. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Meditation gives you greater focus and clarity and makes you more productive 🏆 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This stress reduction guided mindfulness meditation, that I've created especially for dentists, is here to help you. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ A guided exercise designed to be used anytime you want to get rid of stress in your body so that you can perform at your best.
