"Heal me" is a series of meditational contemplations exploring the relationship between our psyche and pain. Each episode is focusing on the pain in a certain part of our bodies (hands, back, head, eyes, etc.) and investigates possible psychosomatic causes. At the end of each observation, you are given a portion of affirmations that you are free to ponder on, repeat after or simply trust in. In this episode, I am talking about: back pain.
