You're Not Broken: You Don't Always Have to Be In Healing Mode

We're human, so yes, we can feel and actually be broken physically, emotionally, and even spiritually. But I personally believe that our souls, our direct connection to God, the part of us that is a literal piece of God, is always whole and can never be broken. And that means that healing is absolutely possible AND that we don't need to approach life as if there's always something we need to fix--because the root of who we are (our soul) can never be broken. It's good to grow, to continue to be a better person, the best version of yourself. There's always room to grow, but if we focus on thinking that we always have something to heal, that there's always something broken, we can wind up in a loop that actually takes us out of alignment with our goal to ascend spiritually. This journey isn't easy but it also shouldn't be causing us anxiety or constant stress.
