Since publishing my book I have been contacted by many members of the public including ex prisoners, other prison officers, paramedics and fire fighters. I have been very moved by their stories and their struggles with mental health and so I have set up this Podcast in the hope that I can help to support others who are having a difficult time.As a result of my prison career and specific incidents at Strangeways my mental health suffered and I was diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
