Welcome to Confessions of a Special Needs Parent!  Being the parent of a special needs child can be very rewarding but it is also extremely demanding, stressful, and can often feel very, very lonely.  It affects every area of our lives and can take a toll on us physically, emotionally, and mentally. Confessions of a Special Needs Parent is a judgment-free platform where we’ll discuss the things we never get to talk about.  Guests will share their struggles, their difficult thoughts and feelings, and anything else that’s been weighing heavily on them.  In each episode, we’ll talk to special-needs parents from all over the world, and listen as they share their experiences; the good and the bad, the ups and the downs, of life as a special needs parent.  We hope you’ll join us! Rachel & Josh
