Today I talk about how I am creating a calmer Christmas. We are often under a lot of stress at Christmas time to do certain things and fill our schedules with too much and then wonder why our children are missing behaving. I talk about taking away the pressure and expectations of what Christmas 'should be' and give my suggestions on some changes you cab make to try and create a calmer day. I hope you enjoy it.
