It's all about perception. Do you percieve certain emotions to be "bad" and others "good?" All emotions are beneficial in that they clearly point you in the direction of what you want, need or desire & what you DO NOT want in life. Of course, there is action to take if we'd like to ensure the fulfillment of these desires. But first, lets acknowledge and take ownership of such friends - emotions are your personal, life long messengers.
