Asking for H.E.L.P
Wednesday, 7 October, 2020

For some asking for help is very easy, but for many others asking for help is a real challenge, as they feel like they are being incapable if they need to reach out for assistance. For those who find it difficult to ask for help the reason can often be connected to feeling inadequate, if you relate to this then I am going to suggest a way for your to reframe seeking HELP.  I know I spend decades not seeking assistance because of my associations of being incapable if I did have to call upon help - my greatest growth has come from gaining assistance from others.  This is a short 6 minute episode to invite you to reconsider the purpose seeking help.  What is your relationship with giving and receiving help?
