A citizen is a member of a country who is loyal to the country. A citizen have right and is the duty of the government to protect their affairs. MEANING OF DUTY AND RESPONSILITY A duty is an action people are required to perform and responsibility is an action people should perform to help their communities. DUTIES OF THE CITIZENS 1 Paying of taxes 2 Obeying of law 3 Attending schools 4 Defending the country 5 Serving in court RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CITIZENS 1 Respect the right and property of others 2 participate in government and community 3 Respect the opinion of others 4 Participate in voting
