Today's storyteller is Giacomo. Lately he's been feeling stressed at work and after the "Adaptability" session he decided to use the Bucket tool from the resilience methods in his personal life. He wants to compartmentalised his dissertation establishing himself a deadline for each chapter. This way he will manage his time better, be more present and less stressed at work and deliver a great customer experience.
