In this episode, we discuss the RAIN technique. RAIN is a mindfulness technique that aims to mollify the intensity of negative emotions, help you regain self-control, avoid regretful and hurtful actions, and turn you into a master of challenging situations. RAIN is to be employed while in the midst of an emotional storm.
