009 - Not Seeking Validation
Episode 9
Tuesday, 21 October, 2025

Social media has many pros and cons. Social media is a place to connect with other people that you usually wouldn’t be able to connect with, it can be a place to store your memories. For some people it can be a way to network. But when it comes to a point where we are struggling to post something just to get likes and shares, that's where i feel like a lot of us may be posting things for the sake of it. For the sake of validation. And that’s not a healthy mindset. So today i'm sharing some benefits if we don't seek validation from others. Enjoy! Got a topic? anchor.fm/theimperfectguideMusic: INOSSI - Sunset Eyes (License)
